Returns & Exchanges

At Elura, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
